Terms of Service

1. Not medical advice

The Site provides general information about aesthetic and wellness services and products. It is not medical advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. Treatments require an in-person consultation and evaluation, and are provided only when clinically appropriate. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation. In an emergency, call 911.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book services, make purchases, or start a subscription. By using the Site you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change and may contain errors; we may correct errors and cancel affected orders.
• Your order is an offer to buy; a purchase is accepted when we process payment and/or ship or fulfill it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable taxes and any shipping fees are shown at checkout.
• Some products (for example, prescription or clinical items) may require eligibility review or a provider's approval before fulfillment.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

We ship to addresses within the United States unless stated otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. For health and safety reasons, opened skincare and personal-care products are generally non-returnable. Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within our stated window in original condition. To start a return or report a damaged or incorrect item, contact admin@beautyloungemed.com. Refunds, when issued, are made to the original payment method.

5. Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward eligible products and services, are not reloadable unless stated, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are not replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase.

6. Subscribe & Save (recurring deliveries)

When you start a Subscribe & Save subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. At sign-up and on the checkout screen we disclose:

• the product and price per delivery (including your subscription discount);
• the delivery interval you selected (for example, every 4, 6, or 8 weeks); and
• that the subscription automatically renews each cycle until cancelled.

You can skip, pause, change the interval, or cancel at any time from your patient portal under “Subscriptions,” or by contacting us at admin@beautyloungemed.com or (831) 251-6264. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund a delivery already shipped. Prices may change with advance notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Appointments, deposits, and cancellations

Certain bookings may require a deposit or prepayment. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late fees, and how deposits are applied, are described at the time of booking and in our clinic policies. Prepaid services and packages are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase.

8. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, and design — are owned by Beauty Lounge or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty Lounge from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
